Carnival_of_HealingSalutations! Welcome to the 134th Carnival of Healing. This is the Carnival's first stop this year at Mind Mart, and I'm always pleased to host this popular Carnival. As always, the submissions are full of wisdom and insight. If you haven't done so already, check out the wonderful job done last week by Yael Ernst at Chinese Medicine Notes. Next week's Carnival will be hosted by The Reiki Digest, and carnival archives can be found here. If you are inspired to submit to, or host future carnivals, please visit the Carnival of Healing Homepage. Now, on to this week's attractions.

Chris Edgar presents Loving Your Ego posted at Purpose Power Coaching. He says, "I used to be frustrated with my more "egotistical" patterns of thinking. To be spiritually healthy, I believed, I needed to think only humble thoughts. Unfortunately, resisting my thoughts produced discomfort and tension in my body, and only made them more persistent. Thus, I decided to try the same approach I used when I'd think something negative about myself -- I'd simply allow the thought to be, without judgment or resistance. And when I accepted, and even loved, my egotistical thoughts, they ceased to feel as threatening and painful."

Spirit
