I have to say that this is the first time I’ve heard of white tea. I drink green tea a lot, some research on green tea also shows that it helps fight weight, although to be fair this is yet to be proven yet.

But white tea? Never heard of it.

i drink white tea and it taste much better than green or black it’s not so bitter.

I would prefer green tea much more than white tea. I like the way it tasts, a little sweet and bitter.

Thanks for the great information. I had never read about white tea before. I will have to do some more research on it though. It sounds great. I personally read that safflower tea can be pretty good for you too. Thanks!
