There are some herbs called adaptogens that work to bring your body back in balance. They help your body adapt to the stresses of every day life which helps strengthen the immune system. Adaptogenic herbs include ginseng, shiitake mushrooms, reishi, ashwaganda and astragalus.

I never really watched the Bernie Mac show on a regular Bases, Im not an avid TV watched but it was a funny show. Anyway, he lived in a very large and nice home. All the times I watched, I never heard a reference or anything said indicating what his character did for a living. Im sure something what said or mentioned on the show at some point during its run but I never caught it. So, what was it?

Many people think of parsley as just a garnish and leave it on the plate uneaten. What a waste! Parsley is very high in Vitamins A, B, and C. In fact, parsley has three times as much vitamin C in it as citrus, and the Vitamin A it contains stimulates the body’s immune system. Parsley is also a source of iron and is high in potassium too.
