There are many reasons a woman can stop menstratuating, stress could be one factor. There is an abundance of drugs on the market to ‘help’ just about any problem, however the side effects of these have to be taken into consideration. For many centuries women have survived without taking supplements, they should really be taken with caution.

Debates on the benefits and problems of menstruation are certainly picking up on the internet. My take on the subject is that hormonal therapy is used too often for most so-called womens’ problems.

You know I was taking birth control but I didn’t like the risks associated with it. Then it would make my periods stop. At first I thought, yeah, that would be nice but something changed my mind and I thought that having a period is something that is natural that I didn’t want to interfere with even if it is a pain every month.
