		<description>I think the chicken &amp; brown rice combo is great! For anyone whose dog really likes treats (like my pooch) and therefore needs to watch the ol&#039; waistline, our holistic vet says barley is a great low calorie alternative. This vet also suggests switching to beef very occasionally just so that it&#039;s not always the same old meal. 

There seem to be a number of good-quality cooked-meat-and-veggie prepared meals for pets whose owners prefer not to serve raw but don&#039;t have the time to do it themselves. Personally, I find once you have a system in place, it really doesn&#039;t take that long to mix the grains, meat and vegetables.... 

Anything to keep our furry companions healthy and happy, right?</description>
